Stayed here jan 14 - 16 2024.Value for money. Great location, Very clean rooms.super friendly staff. Good complimentary breakfast. Good restaurant. |Cons: no power backup. |Our room didn't have wardrobe had to keep our bags on the floor|Overall a good stay. Will definitely be back

The property is located right on the beach. It has a homely environment ran by Mr. Fernandez. The staff is courteous and approachable. The rooms are maintained very well. The restaurant is located outside the property and one has to walk a little from the beach. Overall, it was a good stay.

Very disappointing. Wish I booked somewhere else :-/ I spent my days at other guesthouses and restaurants which were better situated in relation to the beach and sea, nicer places to hang out, easier access between the sea, food and drink and the rooms (restaurant secret garden is not at the same location as the rooms). More importantly, everywhere else I went the people working there were friendlier and provided actual hospitality. The owner of Secret Garden and people who work there are only concerned with getting paid and seem to have no concern at all for the enjoyment of their guests. I would have never come here if we hadn't pre-booked. There are sooo many better options. Also, the photos on booking and on Agoda do not reflect what you get. One set of huts is in a totally different location (shady marketing). Also the water stops working completely and frequently (no water in the sink, bidet, even toilets didn't flush) and when it does work the pressure is so low you can just better take a bucket shower. This is of course no problem but the price of the rooms does not reflect these deficiencies. When I tried to discuss this all with the owner he just said to me 'no discussion, just pay.'

The stay was very clam and nice. The properties are well managed by Mr. Godwin ji. Huts are very prepared and managed. It's directly opened at sea view. Special thanks to Pranav, Gajendra and Sashi for excellent services and testy and healthy food. Ms. Shreya for ease of our daily need. Last but not least Mr. Godwin for smoth booking and all over services. I will highly recommended to everyone for accommodation at South Goa.

Very good place for stay in Agonda south Goa. So many options available here for stay like sea view huts premium sea view huts, beach rooms ac and non ac. We are staying here for second time. Great value for money and can enjoy peaceful vacation. Kids can also enjoy in the wonderful garden they have.

Be aware if you book some rooms here like the deluxe cottage, that you will be sent to rosa mystica 2km way down at the south side on the beach and the rooms are not on the beach butbon the other side of the road, attached to a noisy restaurant playing loud music with some building work in the background. The room is ok, clean and with AC but lacks the peaceful beach resort vibe and we don't appreciate the false advertising. Please fix this so future guests are clear on what they are booking 🙏 Not acceptable
